Risk Intelligence & Capital Referrals

My background is in building systems under pressure — the kind that can't fail.

I served as the founding architect of the fastest-growing company in the U.S. (Inc. 5000 #1), built data and visualization systems for McKinsey, led emerging tech R&D at Foxconn across AI, VR, AR, smart cities, and blockchain — including delivering a secure system for a White House facility visit under Secret Service constraints — and developed AI diagnostic tooling for cancer detection. The common thread has never been the industry. It has been reframing — defining the problem with enough precision that the solution becomes obvious.

Today I advise private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers on the risks they can't see from a data room — the structural, operational, and technical vulnerabilities that survive every diligence checklist. I work through JW Strategy Partners.
